Welcome to the homepage of the Szekler Restaurant and Pension from Gyergyócsomafalva!

Our accommodation unit is situated in Gyergyócsomafalva, in the heart of the Land of the Szeklers, in Transylvania. The pension provides 14 rooms for our beloved guests, in which we can accommodate 34 persons. Every room has a bathroom and satellite TV. We have single and double rooms.

A restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, where we can serve 130 people, also belongs to the pension. The staff from the kitchen and our Chef are giving their best for you to feel wholly at home. Our offer includes Szekler specialties, but also other culinary specialties from the region. Our restaurant is always the best choice, regardless if it concerns a business lunch, a romantic dinner or a private program.

Our guests can take trips of one or more days, in order to visit the picturesque surroundings of the Békás Pass and of the Red Lake, or to tour the marvellous mountains from the Nagyhagymás National Park. The winter sports fans do not have to travel too far either: one can find a ski track inside the perimeter of Gyergyócsomafalva, but there is also another one on the Bucin Peak, to 25 km from the hostel.
